A: Our name was changed to Home Outlet, with the tagline “Kitchens, Baths, Floors, and More” so that our current and future customers could better understand who we are and what we offer. The change also gave us the opportunity to unify our two brands (Bargain Outlet and Surplus Warehouse) that operate the same way.

A: Everything we sell at Home Outlet is new, quality merchandise. Some of our products are simply overstocks or last year’s model purchased directly from the manufacturer, allowing us to pass on even greater savings to you.
Q: Why don’t you carry everything that other home improvement stores do?
A: To offer the best prices, we specialize in the products that our customers need the most. A more focused product buying strategy gives us more time to find the best deals on the products we do carry so that we can offer you the Guaranteed Lowest Price. Since we have years of experience (more than 135), we have found that cabinetry, flooring, baths, windows, and doors are the products that consumers and professionals need the most for their DIY and remodeling projects.

A: No. We could not possibility fit all the great deals in our ads. Shipments arrive at our stores daily. We are continuously updating the web site, and you will find even more merchandise in our store, so visit often or come on down to the store near you. It’s worth the trip!

There are a few reasons that you may see products in our advertisements, social media posts or emails that you cannot find on our website. First, please make sure that you are viewing the products for your nearest store location by selecting your store here. We are continuously adding new products to our website, however, you will find that our stores carry many products that are not available online.
To help inspire your dream room or home, we share images of on-trend products through our Look for Less. We do the work behind the scenes to help you find comparable products, at the Guaranteed Lowest Price. While you may not find the exact product in the image, we believe our substitutions offer the best value for a similar look. Product availability and product styles may vary by location.

Call ahead and we will help load your product when you arrive. We have twine available if you need it to secure your merchandise to your vehicle. Store personnel cannot tie anything to your vehicle.
